01 Scope of this policy
This privacy policy covers the Dream11 Zone editorial desk only — the editorial content, the email newsletter (where you sign up) and the contact form. It does not cover the platform operator. The platform operator publishes its own privacy policy on its own site.
02 What we collect
When you read the desk, we collect the standard server log: the page URL, your IP address and the user-agent string. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not run third-party analytics.
When you write to us through the contact form, we collect the message body and the email address you provided. We do not collect anything else.
03 What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information, KYC documents, mobile numbers or personal identifiers beyond the email address you provide on the contact form.
We do not sell or transfer any personal data to third parties. The desk does not run advertising networks and does not embed tracking pixels.
04 How long we keep data
Server logs are retained for 30 days. Contact-form messages are retained for as long as the desk considers them useful for editorial follow-up, and are deleted on request. The newsletter list is held for as long as you are subscribed.
Where a data-subject request is made by email, the request is processed within 30 days.
05 Children’s privacy
The desk is not intended for readers under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from readers under 18. Where a parent or guardian believes we have collected data from a reader under 18, they can write to us through the contact form and we will delete the data.
06 Changes to this policy
Where this policy changes, the change is logged at the bottom of this page with the date of the change. Material changes are also flagged on the desk’s front page for 30 days.
